3, Product Properties:

Using the self-emulsifying process. free-emulsifier
Excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance
Fast surface drying and hard drying speed, can replace traditional
solvent alkyd resins
Similar with the solvent coating process, the resins can be grinded
Good mechanical stability and storage stability
4, Instructions:
The PH can be adjusted by organic amines, and the viscosity of
emulsion will increase with the increase of PH value. Both brushing
and sprayingare viable.
5, Storage:
The product can be stably stored in cool weak alkaline condition.
It will be setting stratification under the acidic conditions. It
is particularly evidentwhen adding acidic pigments. The quality
guarantee period is 6 months, and the expired products still can be
used if passing the inspections.
6, Applications:
A general resin for waterborne alkyd varnish, waterborne alkyd
ready-mixed coatings, waterborne alkyd enamel coatings and
waterborne alkydantirust coatings, etc.
