The AIC laser effect aluminum paste( laser plasma, rainbow pigment
paste)is a kind of advanced metal optically variable pigment, from
thin sheet metal aluminum special processing, the surface of the
prepared ink coating, showing metallicsilver white under the weak
light, resulting in direct sunlight under the rainbow phenomenon
the bright, and with the change ofobservation angle and takes on a
different color.
Field of application:
AIC series of similar mirror silver inks for all kinds of
transparent substrates(glass, PET, PC, PMMA, PVC etc.), widely used
inhome appliances, home furnishing panel glass sliding door, mobile
phone panel surface decoration and various security areas.

Application guidelines:
1, This product is a non floating type pigment, recommendations for
transparent substrates prepared ink printed on the back. The
surfaceis smooth and the substrate withgood transparency can
produce the best rainbow effect. Rainbow effect and the pigment
particle size,50μm appearance for thick bright rainbow flash.
2, Rainbow effect and ink mixing with resin and solvent, suggested
the use of low acid value of mirror, first as a test before use, to
ensurethat the best effect of laser.
The recommended dosage(screen printing ink):
The amount of ink in the proposal for the 8-20%, as follows.
50μm laser plasma 8-10%, resin and solvent 90-92%, 150 mesh.
Safe storage:
10℃-25℃ drying indoor storage, keep the container sealed, storage
period of 12
months.
